Overview
ThePowerRank.com (“TPR” or “Our”) respects the privacy of the information we collect from our website visitors (“Users”) and those who signup for TPR memberships (“Members”) while operating the www.thepowerrank.com website or a subdomain of thepowerrank.com (collectively “Site”).
TPR may collect personally identifying information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, register to become a Member on the Site, or subscribe to our newsletters. Users may visit portions of our Site anonymously, and TPR will collect personally identifying information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Our Privacy Policy is guided by three fundamental principles:
- We only ask you for personal information we need in order to provide you a service.
- We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
- We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.
We aspire to comply to the fullest extent possible with applicable data protection regulations, in particular the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’), where applicable.
The following privacy policy incorporates these goals and governs the manner in which TPR collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from Users and Members of our Site.
