LSU (1) will beat Georgia (21) by 21.9 at a neutral site. Georgia has a 11% chance of beating LSU.

Oregon (3) will beat UCLA (57) by 26.2 at home. UCLA has a 8% chance of beating Oregon.

Oklahoma State (4) will beat Oklahoma (6) by 4.1 at home. Oklahoma has a 40% chance of beating Oklahoma State.

Wisconsin (5) will beat Michigan State (12) by 7.2 at a neutral site. Michigan State has a 34% chance of beating Wisconsin.

Boise State (8) will beat New Mexico (118) by 45.9 at home. New Mexico has a 1% chance of beating Boise State.

Houston (13) will beat Southern Miss (35) by 11.9 at home. Southern Miss has a 25% chance of beating Houston.

TCU (15) will beat UNLV (114) by 31.8 at home. UNLV has a 5% chance of beating TCU.

Kansas State (19) will beat Iowa State (41) by 9.6 at home. Iowa State has a 29% chance of beating Kansas State.

Baylor (20) will beat Texas (25) by 4.6 at home. Texas has a 40% chance of beating Baylor.

Virginia Tech (26) will beat Clemson (32) by 2.7 at a neutral site. Clemson has a 44% chance of beating Virginia Tech.

Cincinnati (37) will beat Connecticut (75) by 9.7 at home. Connecticut has a 29% chance of beating Cincinnati.

South Florida (51) will beat West Virginia (39) by 1.0 at home. West Virginia has a 48% chance of beating South Florida.
